Christopher J. Klein, J.D.

Christopher J. Klein became the President and Director of Baur & Klein, P.A. in 2017.  He attended Florida State University’s College of Law and was an intern at the Florida House of Representatives and Florida Senate. Prior to joining Baur & Klein, P.A., he worked in prominent Miami law firms representing domestic and international banks, stock brokerage firms, companies, and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of matters.

Attorney Klein has handled many trials and appeals, and he has appeared in many of Florida’s courts, including the Florida Supreme Court, which is Florida’s highest court. He has represented many buyers, sellers, and lenders in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions. He has formed domestic and offshore companies, created wills and revocable trusts, and handled probate cases in many courts in Florida.

Attorney Klein has represented Lufthansa Employee Federal Credit Union, the Federal Republic of Germany, and the Federal States of Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony. He has also represented German, Swiss and/or Austrian banks, companies, manufacturers, airlines, music producers and entrepreneurs.

Attorney Klein was awarded the highest possible rating (AV) by the prestigious law firm rating agency Martindale-Hubbell.
