Baur & Klein, P.A. is a commercial law firm providing quality legal services to domestic and foreign clientele since 1981. As past Honorary Counsel to the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Miami and the Austrian Trade Delegation in Atlanta, and with firm and\/or \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys admitted to practice law in Florida and Germany, the firm and its \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys are focused on serving German-speaking clients. The firm and\/or its \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys have also served clients from other parts of Europe, Latin America, and the United Kingdom. The firm and\/or its \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys have served individuals, investors, mid-sized enterprises, companies, governments, and international trade organizations.<\/p>\n

With firm and\/or \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys focusing on various fields of practice, and capable of communicating in German, Spanish, French and\/or other European languages, the firm and\/or its \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys have represented and advised clients in many aspects of commercial and domestic matters, including corporate and private transactions, immigration, investment, real estate, probate, litigation, personal injury matters, and company formations. At times, the firm has collaborated with outside tax and estate planning professionals, outside (non-firm) complex litigation attorneys to whom matters were referred, outside personal injury attorneys, \u00a0outside medical malpractice attorneys, etc., as needed, to ensure that its clients\u2019 needs were fully met.<\/p>\n

Although the firm maintains an office in the Brickell area of Miami, an established hub for international business, banking and investment, its attorneys and\/or \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys, have also provided legal services in many other venues in Florida.<\/p>\n

Baur & Klein, P.A. and\/or its \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys have collaborated on matters referred to various outside accountants, real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, and other professionals, many of whom speak our clients\u2019 language, whether it is German, Spanish, French, or English. The firm and\/or its \u201cof counsel\u201d attorneys have also acted like a client\u2019s outsourced legal department, including, without limitation, by collaborating with outside attorneys who were best equipped to handle their matter.<\/p>\n
